The Wedding Celebration of
Amanda & Richard
Fredericksburg, TX | August 21, 2021

Lodging in Fredericksburg

We want you to attend our wedding free of stress as much as possible. Once you find your lodging we would recommend letting us know. We have a wedding shuttle that will pick you up and drop you back off if the lodgings are within 15 minutes of venue.

Option 1 - Research Your Own Hotel or Bed & Breakfast

Your best bet for a good price & best accomodations are to utilize a discount website for hotels or bed and breakfast spots. But BOOK EARLY. As the date gets closer the availability will go down and prices go up.

Notes:
- More than 2 people? There are cabin choices which include a kitchen & multiple bedrooms
- Some locations do not allow children
- Some require a 2 night minimum
- Some B&B sites list a price before "cleaning & service" fees which can add a lot of $

Option 2 - Utilize Our Hotel Wedding Blocks

We worked with several hotels that are blocking off several rooms for us. There is a slight discount offered, but we still advise researching option 1 to get the best deal.
To book, just call the hotel and reference the "Nunez Wedding"
Name Per Night Children? Night Min? CutOff Phone Website
The Sunday House $150-155 Y 1 7/20 800-274-3762 Website
Hangar Hotel $179 N 1 7/20 844-596-2300 Website
La Quinta $199-$209 Y 1 8/1 830-990-2899 Website
Hampton Inn $249-250 Y 2 7/20 830-997-9696 Website

Another option are cabins like the one listed here. If you have 3+ people it would be more economical
Name Per Night Children? Night Min? Phone Website
Jellystone Park Cabins $170-230 Y 1 830-990-2267 Website
Notes:
- Jellystone cabins sleep 4-8 people, have a kitchen, & are 5 min from the venue, so great deal there
- Sunday house is a great deal but a very simple inn
- Hangar Hotel looks really fun for couples
- La Quinta & Hampton are just as you'd expect

Option 3 - Use Our Wedding Bus

To allow people to not only save money if they do not intend to stay overnight, we are offering a bus that will pick up in Austin & Flatonia we are only asking $37 per person to help cover the expense of the bus. This will pick you up in time for the wedding ceremony, transport you to the reception, and get you back home safely.

Option 4 - Drive on Your Own

Truly the most economical and flexible, but it's a long day and if you are choosing to partake in any alcoholic libations we would recommend the bus option instead so you can just relax and not worry about anything. Also, the church parking lot is small. If you do choose to drive, just follow the itinerary and be safe!

We hope this provides you with a relaxing experience so that you may join us in our celebration.
